| I use the free Sprint CapTel Service on my landline...only when I really, really have to use the phone, like doing business. That's because it's so incredibly inaccurate, and so slow that when I have to get through recorded choices, like calling my insurance co., I often get hung up on before I can figure out what number option I should be hitting. I understand that this is a live transcription service, some stranger is actually typing. Are any of the paid phone captel services, like that correspond to iPhones, any better quality? |
