| > by realscenes - My American Hears hearing aid worked fine until it got wet one day. It then had loud static, including when the body of it touched. And it did not help with the hearing. In fact made it much worse. I kept sending it back, being told nothing was wrong. I have sent it back over and again and each time am told to send yet again and each time it is returned in the same awful condition. And I am told even the person I am talking to cannot talk to people who repair these things.HELP! > HOH Essential Supplies, for home use, If wanted posted by kip on Sat Sep 17, 2011 3:33 pm - "Things seems to be a little slow on the Message Board, for awhile; so, I want to take this time to repeat one of my "been there, done that" suggestions. This has to do with the importance of DAILY checking and/or cleaning of personal hearing aids before their use, each day... " I had a little problem and a bigger one with my Phonak aids. Sent them to the company, they replaced everything both times, no Q asked. Here we have a person with a big, A Big American Hears problem with their 'famous' customer service representatives, waiting for a 'big' HELP from 'know-everything' about AH 'little helpers' and for one and a half month no words, shhh... total silence from freelancers. I thought it will never come. Well... I was wrong and the message from Knowledge of "every morning 'teethbrushing' your hearing aids mikes, using a magnifying glass" just came in. If you wanna be amused, how beatiful is inside your aids microphone with daily checking, kip that suggestion in mind. WARNING: It will not remove the loud static. > "Nothing wrong with my brain -- it's just.." Not at all. It just... Supplies and... demands.. |
