Subject :  Veteran's, I Honor, On This Day
posted by kip on Thu Nov 11, 2010 9:35 am
I had three Uncles and one Brother-in-law on the battle-fronts of World War II; all are deceased, now; and, my
brother-in-law was the only one returning home without hearing problems. My three uncles had to live with being HOH for the rest of their natural lives. So much red tape in Gov't affairs and VA offices - that shouldn't have been -- just like so many of other citizens with HOH/HA fitting problems are finding out, even today.
I honor those, today, who served Our Country and are serving Our Country, today - to keep us (and generations, to come) free and out of harms way.
God Bless Our Armed Forces; and, GOD BLESS AMERICA!

(I hope each and every one of us will give thoughts, today, of how fortunate we are to be living in this great Nation, of ours - even with all the "not so perfect" happenings through the ages - knowing that our strongest assets are our freedoms, God given, to improve on an imperfect nation. From God, through us (that's you and me), to helping Our Nation get back upon it's feet, again. Ready, Set, GO... (but, ALWAYS, with God given honor)...... kip
