| Have tried to read all posts referring to AH over the past year, trying to get info on fine tuning my HAs. Am computer literate but need help on what to adjust, etc., without having to call AH every step of the way. Would appreciate any suggestions....but step by step, please. Users assume too much when telling others what to do and skip important steps.
