Hi All,

I haven't used my hi-pro for sometime. Today when I turn it on, the PCtx/rx light blinks then goes out, leaving only the Power light on.

When I open up the PFG software, the 2 connector light blink continuously, along with the PCtx/rx light. The power light is lit continuously.

According to the instructions, only the power light should be on, apart from when the aids are actually being programmed.

Is this indicating a fault with the Hi-Pro? I haven't tried attaching the aids as I am scared they will get damaged.

Advice please?
